How Do I Register For The Conference?

You need to first register on the conference website and make the payment via the Registration Tab. Payment of the registration fee can be done online or you can make a bank transfer to pay for conference registration.

How do I submit an Abstract for the conference?

If you wish to attend as a presenter, you can submit your abstract through the Abstract Submission Tab either in pdf or word file format. If the deadline is over then you can contact the respective conference secretary for submission of your abstract.

What Is Included In The Cost Of My Registration?

The conference fee includes Participation in the technical program, Participation ID and Certificate, Publication of your abstract on our conference proceedings e-book, Coffee/Tea breaks and Lunch.

Are Meals Included With My Registration?

The registration includes coffee/tea breaks and lunch.

Can I See What Sessions Will Be Presented Before I Arrive On Site?

The detailed Conference Program will be emailed to all registered participants one week before the conference.

Who Can Attend The Welcome Reception?

We do not host welcome receptions at the moment.

What Are Different Methods Of Presentation?

Oral Presentation: You can present your paper orally at the conference venue.
Poster Presentation: You can present your paper through a poster you have designed. Poster boards will be provided to display poster presentation materials.
Virtual Presentation: You can present, network and discuss your work at the live-stream virtual session without attending the conference in person.

Are You Involved In Applying For Visa?

We are not authorized to assist with the visa process. The Organizer only provides the participant with a Letter of Invitation.

When Can I Receive The Invitation Letter?

You can request a letter of invitation during the online registration process. The letter will only be provided once you have registered for the conference and your payment has cleared. It will be sent by email as a pdf document only.

Will The Papers Publish In Indexed Journals?

Some of the journals are free of charge and some require additional costs.

How Can I Present My Paper Virtually?

Submit your abstract first. After review, register and pay the fee. Present via PowerPoint. A webinar link will be sent a few days before the conference. Zoom will be used for virtual meetings.

When Should I Load Up My Presentation On Site?

Presentations should be uploaded a minimum of 30 minutes before start of the session from your USB to the provided laptop.

Can I Give My Presentation From My Own Laptop?

All presentations must be uploaded in advance so it will not be possible to use your own laptop.

My Poster Abstract Has Been Accepted. Do I Need To Send My Poster In Advance?

No, please bring it with you to the conference. Hanging materials will be provided.

Can We Get A Discount For A Group Registration?

3 Attendees - 15% discount
4-6 Attendees - 20% discount
7-9 Attendees - 25% discount
10+ Attendees - 30% discount

Do I Have To Register In Advance Or Can I Register On Site?

It is advisable to register in advance. On-site registration is possible subject to availability and must be paid in cash (USD).

Will I Automatically Get A Receipt For My Registration Fee?

Credit/debit card payments will receive confirmation emails. For a formal receipt, contact the Conference Secretary.
